This project aims to create a workplace that connects people together. It offers a range of spaces and activities that helps employees to reduce stress as well as increase productivity.
A neutral colour palette together with a pop of vibrant colours will be used across the space to create an exciting and energetic mood that promotes a sense of place, as well as encourages human interaction and communication.
Partitions can be added or removed to change the office interior from private cubicles to open meeting rooms or a semi-open shared area, giving employees more control over what they can get from their space.

RMIT has secured a lease of approximately 10,600 m² of open plan floor areas at Level 5 -7, 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The project design concept will take into consideration Office Accommodation for approx. 1000 staff.
- Concierge/arrival area near major lift bank
- Seven neighborhood home bases accommodating 16 - 20 staff (total 120) with different desk configurations and identifiers to address all requirements.
- Social Collaboration space
- Pop Out Box - overhanging Lonsdale Street
- Recreation Space
- The Park ( an external terrace)
- The Laneway ( internal pathway)
